1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
- Packing & Taping Services: Due to the custom nature of these services, refunds are only considered if there is a proven error on our part (e.g., incorrect materials used, damage caused by improper handling).
- Printing Services: Refunds or reprints may be issued if the final product has defects, misprints, or significant deviations from the approved design. Minor variations (e.g., slight color differences) may not qualify for a refund.
- Unused Products: If you have purchased unopened, non-custom packing materials (e.g., boxes, tapes), you may request a return within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are in original condition.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Custom-designed or personalized printing orders cannot be refunded once production has begun.
- Services already rendered (e.g., labor for packing) are non-refundable unless there was a service failure.
