1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • Packing & Taping Services: Due to the custom nature of these services, refunds are only considered if there is a proven error on our part (e.g., incorrect materials used, damage caused by improper handling).
  • Printing Services: Refunds or reprints may be issued if the final product has defects, misprints, or significant deviations from the approved design. Minor variations (e.g., slight color differences) may not qualify for a refund.
  • Unused Products: If you have purchased unopened, non-custom packing materials (e.g., boxes, tapes), you may request a return within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are in original condition.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom-designed or personalized printing orders cannot be refunded once production has begun.
  • Services already rendered (e.g., labor for packing) are non-refundable unless there was a service failure.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  2. Provide your order details, reason for the refund, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of defects).
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Approved Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
